Chira

Chira is a major city of eastern Acirca. It is situated in the Mountain Ring, in the range known as the Estring Mountains. In the third Red century, Rog Torchlord conquered Chira and renamed it Torchtown, making it his capital and staging ground for further conquests. Torchtown also contains his personal tower.[1]
The "Tower of Smoke"
Rog's tower is the most mysterious structure in Torchtown. His fortress is obscured behind an enormous pillar of smoke, keeping it hidden from the residents of Torchtown. The path to the tower contains massive statues of heroes from Overside's past, including Obilik, the first Rog, Omem, Omirm, a Tree Keeper-esque figure, and a warrior of Taragi, among others.[2]
