Dolly is a character in the Rice Boy series. Her first appearance is as a companion to Golgo, presumably on the orders of Spatch II. However, she does not seem to hold him in particular reverence unlike others of her kind. She is unfailingly polite and sensitive to others, but willing to speak out on her own behalf.
She possesses a pair of purple magic boots with which she may converse, and who will take her to places at her request, even if she does not personally know the way. The origin of Dolly's boots has not been revealed.
While she looks similar to Frog-Men, she is not in fact one of them; female Frog-Men closely resemble males.
