Fin-Folk

Fin-Folk are a fish-like species that reside in Tenshells in southern Acirca. Their society is organized around the Oceanqueen Slent, as their major political and day-to-day decisions come from her decrees. Some Fin-Folk are distrusting of outsiders (such as Ogth), but many are comfortable trading and mingling with them, as evidenced by Tenshells' thriving markets.
The Fin-Folk used to live on islands in the Bay of Fueg, before those were excavated and moved to allow for the construction of Tenshells.
