Flourrem

Flourrem is a region of mist-covered swamps in the eastern Northern Digits, which is shown in The Tethered Isle. The swamps are filled with Little Blue People as well as strange blue flowers that float upward, unconstrained by gravity. There are also a number of floating islands (possibly held aloft by the flowers) that stretch far into the sky. Flourrem may also be the home of the silent Rhed, who are said to hail from the swamps of eastern Acirca.
