Since there isn't a standard, here's one way to cite printed copies of the comics:

Title (Book/Edition), Section: "Subsection", pages

(with irrelevant/unmarked parts left out)

So this'd get you:

• Rice Boy (First Edition), History: "The Red Age"
• Order of Tales (Book I), Appendix: "The Castle at Skystem", p221
• Portraits of Overside: Warriors, "The Treaty of Tenshells"

You could also substitute a relevant shortcut to make it easier, and have something like:

• Rice Boy (First Edition), History: "The Red Age"

It isn't perfect, but at least it's something. Feel free to make changes here or in the Talk page if you disagree!
