Interrum Requa is a Machine Man, and member of the Guard-Council of the Black Teeth. He was friends with The One Electronic, but the two last spoke in Red 148, eighty-six years before the events of Order of Tales.[1][2] Requa is quick to follow the Judicials' every orders, including when it means treating TOE like an outsider, and imprisoning his companions.
Requa is apparently killed by Æthirus in a short fight in the Garden of the Black Teeth.[3]
