Chapter 3

- This is read "Year 234, Season 3 (autumn), Day 4".[1] This indicates that numbers are written using tally marks/dots, and that the Machine-Man place-value system is in reverse order from our own ("432" is the number 234). However, this could be a personal idiosyncrasy of T-O-E's.
Chapter 10
The Machine-Script along the top of the page in Machine Dominion spells out a subtitle for the story, while that on the sides presents a new sentence each page, describing the accompanying illustration. The two are divided below, organized by page number.
