Chapter 3

  • p104, panel 3, around the seal: "The One Electronic"
    • IPA: /θe wən elektranik/
  • p104, panel 3, bottom of the page: "Y 4|3|2 S 3 D 4"
    • This is read "Year 234, Season 3 (autumn), Day 4".[1] This indicates that numbers are written using tally marks/dots, and that the Machine-Man place-value system is in reverse order from our own ("432" is the number 234). However, this could be a personal idiosyncrasy of T-O-E's.

Chapter 10

The Machine-Script along the top of the page in Machine Dominion spells out a subtitle for the story, while that on the sides presents a new sentence each page, describing the accompanying illustration. The two are divided below, organized by page number.

Subtitle

  • p430: "Of the first Mach..."
  • p431: "...ine Men, their making..."
  • p432: "...and how they came t..."
  • p433: "...o conquer Overs..."
  • p434: "...ide in the early yea..."
  • p435: "...rs of the world."
