Making Rice Boy

Making Rice Boy is an art book that accompanied pre-orders of the second edition of Rice Boy. It contains sketches and character designs from Rice Boy's development. It became available online in late June 2010.[1]
Aside from collecting "behind-the-scenes" information on Rice Boy, Making Rice Boy also contains reproductions of images that had been used for posters in the past. Those images include (in order within the book):
- Card Game Triptych, featuring T-O-E, Calabash, and Golgo playing a card game
- Red Mountains, featuring T-O-E and Rice Boy in the Red Mountains, near an early version of Parod's home
- Stones of the North, featuring the Searchers traveling through an unknown part of northern Acirca
- Infin and Gerund play a game, set in the Stone Palm
- Rice Boy's Odyssey I, featuring Rice Boy, T-O-E, and Calabash in the Matchwoods
- Rice Boy's Odyssey II, featuring Rice Boy, Brain Child and some Dimmons in Lonely Land
