Memoar is a mysterious garden covered by a large white dome, that houses a flower for each person on Overside. If a visitor were to smell the flower, they are given the ability to revisit the memories of the flower's associated person. There are flowers for both New People and Machine Men.

Memoar is guarded by an enormous white humanoid statue, who only allows into the garden those with the Mark of Seen. The guardian's hand detaches from its body to become a vehicle for permitted visitors, as it is likely that no one could successfully navigate to a specific flower unaided.
