Lord Morrian Carparia is a Sahtan Emperor Double-Proxy sent as a Messenger to the Fluters in Vattu. He reports to Single-Proxy Overseer Calirus. On his expedition to the white-marked tribe, he takes Vattu as a servant, and puts her to work in the Carparia household in Sahta.

Morrian appears on his own model sheet.<ref>http://twitpic.com/49a3wp</ref> He wears a more decorative form of Sahtan armor than normal, using only the chest piece and omitting the skirt and shoulder pieces. The armor itself also has small corner decorations on its plates, and sometimes is worn with two cloth flaps carrying the characters for "Sahta" in Sahta Script. Morrian wears a symbol of his rank, a red and purple sash that bears two flat beads representing his double-proxy status. On the shoulders of his tunic there are also two white bands, which may further indicate his rank, although they also serve as decorative replacements for shoulder armor.

Morrian wears two rings on his left hand, which indicate that he is moneyed. Like Knosus, he binds his ears in a way that resembles a queue. He mainly wears white, as a sign of his devotion to the Righteous aspect of Tarrus.<ref>http://www.rice-boy.com/vattu/index.php?c=260</ref>
