Satuar

Satuar (pronounced /sætʃuaɹ/ or /sætʃwaɹ/) is a "tiny, isolated, backwards, and extremely superstitious"[1] country located in the Mountain Ring south of Skortch, to the west of Backtown. Its symbol is a seven-lobed red leaf, which is displayed on a white field on Satuar's flag.
Politically, Satuar is a kingdom, although the population of the country is so small that the royal family itself makes up a sizable portion of the populace. Satuar proper has never been seen in the comics, but the Greeny Weens has been claimed as an extension of its territory. Trespassing on Satuar territory is a crime punishable by execution.[2]
Prince Yureg, a member of the Satuar royalty, is the only citizen of Satuar seen in Rice Boy. His vassal, the Grand Vizier, is likely not a member of the royal family (as he is of a different species than Yureg), but he occupies a high rank in Satuar's political structure.
