Spatch II is the main antagonist in Rice Boy. He is a Frog-Man, and became king of Sunk after the death of his father, Spatch. According to the Book of Spatch, Spatch II is the true Fulfiller and "Savior of Eternal Sunk".[1] He is arrogant, ambitious, and not altogether bright, but as ruler of Sunk he inherited the loyalty of his father's zealous warriors and the nation at large.
Spatch II hired Golgo to keep an eye on T-O-E and Calabash, since he knows that they will choose another person to be Fulfiller. He hears that Rice Boy has been "chosen" and orders to Golgo to kill T-O-E. He then begins preparing for war, amassing a large army of Dimmons with the aid of Baron Gecrimaug.
Spatch II has a small pet bird named Bird, who he keeps in his throne room with him.
