Rice Boy Settling Down |
Suzy tends the bar at The Hideous Child Tavern in Suntown. She serves Calabash and T-O-E when they visit the Tavern, and the two Searchers sometimes discuss their occupational frustrations with her.
Suzy seems to be a close friend to Calabash, who is a regular at the tavern. In Settling Down, Suzy is shown advising Cal as to whether he should stay settled in Suntown, or whether he should go back to traveling the Disk. Suzy also appears in the Epilogue of Rice Boy, to pay her respects to Calabash and comfort Rice Boy.
Suzy is allegedly the namesake of an unknown boat, which is not seen in the comics.[1]
