The 'God is never referred to with pronouns' thing and the outright stating of God's indifference towards the world are from the old Overside encyclopedia page, which is archived here. The Giants are from the Flowers of Skystem story in Chapter 1 of Order of Tales. The Avatars are, of course, well known by now. The fact that God left the Disk after creating it is stated on page 82 of Rice Boy. -- BiggerJ 01:32, 4 December 2009 (UTC)
