Tanni is one of the Fluters of the white-marked tribe in Vattu. She wears a maroon cape over a peach-colored dress. Along with Priestess, she is from the oldest generation of Fluters in the tribe. This is evidenced by the age-lines under her eyes.
She is shown holding baby Vattu on p023.
