Terassir

Terassir (also known as "Tower City") is the home of the Sirpah. It is located in Karrkín east of the Trench in northern Acirca. The city consists of three massive pillars, which support a rock formation containing the towers of the Sirpah as well as a small grove. Each pillar has a way-room, where visitors to Terassir can rest as they make their ascent.
In Order of Tales, Koark, Bottle Woman, and the rest of their company sleep in the way-room of Northpillar[1] before being carried by Sirpah to the towers. When Bottle Woman asks Koark about the origin of Terassir, he says that the pillars and towers preceded the Sirpah, but the structure's ultimate origin is unknown.[2]
