Virjus is a resident of the Linking City Seen. They are the only named character from that place, and it is unclear whether they are male or female. Virjus acts as a sort of servant for the King of Seen, and carries Rice Boy about the City's grounds. Like most other residents of Seen, Virjus is silent.
Unbeknownst to the King, Virjus had been conspiring against him with Kerküsk the Legged.[1] At Kerküsk's direction, Virjus attempts to spirit Rice Boy away to Underside. However, they are apprehended by City guards,[2] and Virjus' ultimate fate is unknown.
